Unfortunately, I don’t have an official “before” picture at my highest weight, but I think you get the idea. I decided to document my progress using the same outfit. I have lost 41 lbs. up to this point. I can attribute my weight loss to healthy eating and regular exercise. I recently switched to a vegetarian lifestyle and it has made me more conscious of the food choices that I make. I am working through the Couch to 5k program and I also enjoy kickboxing and yoga. Even at my highest weight, I never hated my body and that’s why I decided that I wanted to be a healthier person.
